Hi, my name is Macey. I started singing when I was ten years old, I remember my voice teacher and the role she played in guiding me to be the singer I am today--I hope to do the same for others!
I want to help you with you become the singer you want to be. Whether you are seeking lessons to build confidence, to achieve a specific goal, I want to build a comfortable learning environment for you. I think a successful voice teacher is one that helps their student to trust their voice, explore their interests as an artist, and to find a way to make art through singing.

Bachelor of Music
Oklahoma City University
Macey graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelors of Music in Vocal Performance. During her time there, she intensively studied vocal technique and artistic skills. Her training included coursework in Vocal Pedagogy, Acting in Musical Theatre, Musical Topics Courses, to name a few.
Performance Experience
Macey began as a musical theatre singer, but in more recent years she has performed leading roles in operas, church choirs, and various music gigs. She specializes in teaching music theater and opera vocal technique, but her varied performance and teaching experience has made her a well-rounded teacher. She teaches singing styles like country, pop, rock, jazz, and more.
Acheivements and Awards
Macey has received recognition for her work in vocal performance. In 2016, she won first place at the National NATS singing competition and has continued to place at a district level every year since. In recent years, She placed third in the Texoma NATSAA young artist awards. She has been granted scholarships for her vocal achievements in competitions (including the Naftzger young artist competition) and has been cast in many OKC professional theatre and opera productions. These experiences have given her the ability to reflect on how to create successful performers.
